Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• The New Inn gift vouchers are eligible for use at The New Inn, St Owen’s Cross, Hereford for food, drink and/or accommodation
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from date of issue
• No change or credit is given, and they cannot be exchanged for cash
• No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers
• Gift vouchers must be presented in printed format at the time of arrival/ordering
• Reservations are subject to availability
• If a voucher is used as part-payment, the remaining balance must be paid at point of surrender of the voucher
• The New Inn reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
