The Experience

Our menu is constantly changing reflecting the best the day, week, season has to offer. Under the management of award-winning chef Michael Fowler, you can expect to taste and enjoy the best of Herefordshire and beyond. Our dining room is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. During the summer months our beer garden is the perfect setting for relaxed dining where we will be serving fresh food straight from the grill.

The Chef

Michael’s culinary journey began working in luxury hotels and highly acclaimed restaurants in the UK and beyond with Michelin-starred chefs. Most recently Michael worked in partnership with Chris Oakley, one of the first British Chefs to be awarded, Michelin-star status at his restaurant.

With a love of Herefordshire Michael has run award-winning venues across the county and his team who have joined him at the New Inn, Steve Robbins and Lizzy Condrad, are excited to bring an exceptional dining experience.

With a strong emphasis on local produce, diners can expect stunning dishes that follow the seasons with vibrant colours, textures and flavours.
