Front of House Staff
As a Front of House staff member, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
The Role:
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Handle cash and card payments
- Assist with special events and functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas

Sous Chef
The Role:
- Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Ensure the delivery of high standards of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Monitor food stock, place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly kitchen
- Contribute creative ideas for menus and events
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong background as a Chef de Partie looking for a step up
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone who stays calm under pressure
- Passion for food, creativity, and high standards
- Food Hygiene certification, minimum level 2
- Full time hours, includes working evenings, weekends, public and bank holidays

Kitchen Porter
We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to help the team keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and ready for service.
The Role:
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Wash crockery, cutlery, and utensils, making sure they are stored correctly
- Clean food preparation equipment and floors
- Dispose of rubbish and organising recycling where possible
- Basic food preparation
This is a busy kitchen environment, it requires great communication skills, teamwork, and a can-do attitude.
