Front of House Staff
Come and join our passionate hospitality team at The New Inn, a stunning 16th-Century coaching inn nestled in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside.
About Us: We are a friendly and welcoming establishment with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are renowned for our exceptional service and award-winning hospitality.
The Role: As a Front of House staff member, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Handling cash and card payments
- Assisting with special events and functions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Experienced in the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
